    Doug Hoogervorst, Data Architect/Owner of Business Impact

    Doug Hoogervorst runs a team of business intelligence specialists called Business Impact that has more than 100 customers. He is a data architect for staging data out of Dynamics NAV and dozens of other systems and an MBA with strong business acumen, which helps him work from sales to promotions, purchasing to inventory to production and in finance.

    John Mark has been part of the BI team for 4.5 years, primarily focused on TARGIT implementation, training and support. He lives in Chapel Hill, NC, with his family and works at the BI World Headquarters.

    Nicole Luer, VP of Operations / Sales

    Nicole has helped the Business Impact team run as smooth as possible for the past 6 years. Having come from the ERP consulting space, she has significant business knowledge and understands company’s needs for access to their data to make better business decisions. She lives in Tampa, FL for the warm weather and to fish, swim, run and bike year round.

    Josh Kast, Business Intelligence Engineer

    Josh Kast has been an Account Manager for Business Impact for the past year. Josh has experience as an internal IT project manager as well as a financial analyst/accountant focused on cost. He has 11 years of experience across a number of industries including food, petroleum, chemicals and electronics manufacturing. He has his CPA and is able to understand how business processes translate into financial transactions. He currently lives in Cincinnati, Ohio and enjoys having different seasons.

    Mark Molner, Business Intelligence Engineer

    Mark Molner has been with Business Impact for the last 1.5 years as an Account Manager and Data Analyst. He has 5.5 years of experience as an engineer and account manager within medical devices and a Masters in Business Analytics, which provides him a deep understanding of how to leverage data to optimize business decisions. Mark resides in Charlotte, NC and enjoys running, sports and cooking.

Leveraging deep sales and services expertise, a strong orientation for team, and ensuring the continued success of Adaptive Insights’ rapidly-growing customer base is Fred’s focus for business success.

    Tom is a seasoned software developer and architect, with 18 years of experience and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science. He’s been writing software for Business Impact for around 4 years. Tom lives in the Phoenix area, where he can soak up the sun and ride his motorcycles year round.

    Tricia joined the Business Impact team in 2018, bringing experience from clothing retail and the wine industry, including planning, forecasting, analysis, resource optimization, and project management. She specializes in transforming lists of numbers into illustrated stories to help you make decisions about your business. Tricia is based in Napa, has three dogs, and is always knitting something.

    Andy joined Business Impact in early 2017, after spending 15 years with an international wine company as head of IT.  He is the Product Manager for Tradeparency and was born and raised in Napa where he still lives with his family.
